 Erik Skaaning - Erik was born and
raised in the Fraser Valley in the Chilliwack area. He grew up
fishing the local waters, both with conventional gear and fly rod
in hand. Erik's true passion is fly fishing and with years of
practice and dedication to the sport, he now considered one of the
area's premier fly guides.
In 1995 Erik began guiding on the World renowned Babine, and Dean
Rivers, and has guided for some of the best, including "Silver
Hilton Lodge". Eric has been guiding our local waters for the past
8 years, offering guests from around the world a first class
experience. Weather you want to learn how to catch Steelhead,
Salmon or Trout on the fly, Erik is up
to the Challenge!! When not fishing, you will find Erik Bow
hunting around the province, or spending time with his wife Kelly,
and his 7 year old twins Sage, and Emma. We are proud to have Erik as one of our

 Jordi Williams - Jordi was born
and raised in British Columbia. Ever since he can remember Jordi
has been fishing B.C.'s bountiful waters for everything from
Rainbow trout to the mighty White Sturgeon. Jordi and his
girlfriend Krisztina live only 10 minutes from the famed fishing
grounds of the Harrison and Fraser river systems where they can
often be found walking their daughter Cassandra and throwing
sticks for Netty their golden retriever. Jordis Guiding accolades
include 3 seasons with West Coast Resorts 'Redfern River Lodge
nestled in the heart of Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, specializing
in whitewater drift trips, and float plane river and lake fishing
excursions. In addition to this Jordi has guided at the
prestigious five star Kau Tapen Lodge on the Rio Grande River in
Tierra del Fuego, southern Argentina for sea-run brown trout to
30lbs on the fly. With his combined 20 + years of fishing
experience on our local waters, we are positive you will have an
unforgettable time on the water with Jordi!
Shane Schaap -
Shane has been fishing since
he's been able to hold a fishing rod. His love
of the great outdoors was instilled in him as a
child as his family went on many British
Columbia adventures.The sport grew and grew as
the competition grew with his closest friends.
As an adult, this has led to a addictive passion
for angling. The combination of Shane's outgoing
personality and knowledge of the sport make him
a top notch guide whose passion is evident in
everything he does on the river. "I am very

Matt
Schaap - Matt grew up
in the Lower Mainland and now lives in Langley
with his family. He has been married for 10
years and has two boys, William and Jeffrey.
Matt loves to spend his spare time fishing and
hunting as well as taking his family on day
trips with his jet boat. Matt joined the BC
Sport Fishing Group in August 2008. He has been
fishing the waters of beautiful British Columbia
for as long as he can remember. He also gained a
lot of guiding and fishing experiences while
fishing in the Queen Charlotte Islands, in
Mexico, all over the West Coast of Canada as
well as fly fishing in Alaska. With Matt we have
another exceptional guide on board who loves fly
fishing, bar fishing, and sturgeon fishing in
the Fraser Canyon. Matt's expert knowledge and
calm personality make clients feel relaxed and
at ease as they strive to catch 'the big one'.
